General Experience Requirements
MBA from a Tier-1 Business School.
Over 20 years of experience in digital product management/business strategy.
Strong analytical skills with excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
Preferred Experience in Healthcare Services
Deep expertise in the U.S. healthcare industry, including Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
Knowledge of payer/provider ecosystems, compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
Experience leading programs in claims, adjudication systems, and healthcare analytics.
Product Thinking and Agile Expertise
Skilled in leading product teams with a lean-agile and outcome-driven mindset.
Experience with agile methodologies like SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
Proven ability to apply startup-style business models for product testing and scaling.
Digital Business Transformation Experience
Track record of leading digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Experience with emerging technologies, customer journey design, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience in designing or launching digital banks and collaborating with fintech firms.
